How to gain more interest in my scrapbook group?

Ive had another group for awhile and decided to make the wholesale buying group separate from the ideas, challenges and swaps group. I am looking for ideas to keep the group busy. So far I have weekly sketch challenges, scrapbook tips day, introduce a new product, swaps, monthly layout challenge. We give prizes and such. I just want it to be alot of fun and help motivate me to get more done!!!! thanks for any and all advice.

Why not ask the members of the group for suggestions on what they would like to do.
