hi, i have a coin I don't know what it is,?

it is about 15mm square is a goldy colour under the dirt, one side says 2 urachms the other side looks like it says 34 with two dots above the 4 and 2 small stamps looks like it says 28 with what looks like a bird possibly with er on the wings please if anyone can help I would be very thankfull.

What you have is likely an old apothecary or pharmacy counter weight. They were used to weigh out powdered medicine on a balance scale.
