What thank you message can i write on a flower card for my teacher?

my teacher is leaving on wednesday (shes 27) and i have bought her flowers but i dont know what to write on the card, any suggestions??

What a nice thing to do. I always told my kids they should write three-part thank yous. Thank the person for the specific gift, tel him/her what you will use it for, and close appropriately:

Dear Grandma: Thank you for the $25. I will use it toward a new iPhone app that will allow me to do homework research.
I love you, (your name)

OR

Dear Teacher:

Thank you for helping me with my algebra. I am going to use my newfound skills to help another kid who is struggling with differential equations. Good teachers teach others to pass it on.

We will miss you and are glad you have a new opportunity to help pass on knowledge.
