PROM DRESS, ideas to make it better?
Hi there! Please help and add any suggestions!
My friend and I are going to prom next month and to save money, she decided to buy a basic dress and we're going to alter it to make it better. This isn't the exact picture but it's basically the same except that it's floor length

We're getting it altered into a sweetheart neckline so it looks a bit more flattering. We're also planing to glue a LOT of little rhinestones coming down from one side of the top of the dress, and eventually just spreading out and stopping mid-length or slightly lower.
Any suggestions for a really good adhesive for the dress or ANY CREATIVE IDEAS to make the dress more elegant and formal are greatly appreciated! 10 points for creativity 
Any alterations for the actual dress are also appreciated! Don't be shy to recreate the dress!
Hi. wear many bangles but not too much. Dont wear distracting long/big earrings (it can take the attention off the dress). If your skin is light wear a hot pink blush with red shoes. Hope i helped!!
